We want you to be able to wear your WORDs for as long as you want to!  As long as you still have the token we made for you, then we'll replace your string or chain free of charge if it breaks or starts to wear out.  ​You will have to pay shipping charge if you want the replacement part mailed to you, but the replacement string or chain will be free.  Local pickup in Lubbock is still free.

Processing time will depend on inventory.  Please allow 1-2 weeks.
